We care deeply for our clients and want to provide everyone with exceptional service. To help with that we have a cancellation policy as follows:
1. All medical spa appointments require a $50 doctor deposit fee. Upon completion of medical services it is applied towards the total. If a client fails to call 24h prior to reschedule, the deposit is non-refundable.
2. All non-medical appointments require a payment information on file (credit card, gift card, etc.). We ask that you call 24h prior to your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule, otherwise $25 will be deducted from the provided payment information.
3. If a client fails to show up for their appointment altogether and does not call, the full service amount is deducted from the payment information provided.
Your time is just as valuable to us as our own, and we understand there are always emergency situations that have to be taken into account, which is why we appreciate your communication with us.
