Spa Policy

We value our customers. Please take some time to go over our spa policies so we can better serve you.


  Conduct/Etiquette: Please turn off all cell-phones or electronic devices upon arrival and keep voice levels to a minimum, as other treatments may be in progress.

  Reservations: Advanced booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. A credit card number is required at the time of booking for a confirmed appointment. Please arrive 10-minutes prior to your scheduled start time. Late arrivals will only receive the remainder of their scheduled session.  

Cancellation Policy: Kindly provide us with a 24-hour cancellation notice for you appointment. Rescheduling of appointments is subject to availability. Cancellations or reschedulings require 24-hour notice for any singular appointment or service. Canceling multiple services or packages require 48-hour notice. Parties of 4 or more require 72-hour notice. Any cancellation with less than the required time may incur a 50% cancellation fee. A full fee will be imposed for a “no-show”. 

 Refund Policy: Treatment packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. We guarantee no chipping on polish for 3 days (Manicure) and 7 days (Pedicures).  The spa reserves the right to offer and recommend alternative spa treatments if the ones requested are not available.  Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for services rendered.  We would offer to re-polish or fix any issues instead.  Special Consideration: Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, pregnancy or medications you are taking,or any notable changes since your last treatment.  Gift Cards: Gift Cards expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Present your card at time of check-in for service. Gift Cards have no cash value and are non-refundable and non-transferable. MedSpa at Villagio is not responsible for lost gift cards/ gift certificate. If lost, there is a $10 replacement fee. Cards will be debited the service amount for any no-show appointments.

  Retail Return Policy: If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any retail purchases made at MedSpa at Villagio, we will be glad to offer you a store credit which can be used for future retail purchases or salon services.  

Pursuant to health regulations, we are not able to offer refunds for the following items: hair brushes, flat irons and blow dryers. 

 Privacy Policy: Our highest commitment to your privacy. Your personal information is confidential. This includes your address, phone numbers and email address on file. We do not share your personal information or email with third parties. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information. 

 We value and respect our members’ privacy and preferred methods of receiving (or not receiving) invitations & communications from us. We will strive to deliver a valuable service that offers you – our valued member — the highest quality, value and convenience.

  Payment & tipping: We accept cash and all major credit cards but not personal checks. Services pricing does not include tips.
